Shipping policy

We are a two person team, so there may be delays in shipping and processing but we aim to ship products out within 7-10 business days. However, often times we ship out much faster. 

With pre-orders, shipping dates are estimations and may not ship on that exact date. There can be delays outside of our control. However, we always try to meet those dates as accurately as possible and begin shipping product within 5-7 business days of receiving. Thanks for your understanding!
